HMS VICTORY Flagship of famed Admiral Lord Nelson at Trafalgar, the
HMS Victory is preserved today at Portsmouth, and is the oldest surviving warship still in use (she is presently the flagship of the Second Sea Lord, Commander in Chief Naval Home Command).
Double plank construction. The frames are laser cut on plywood sheets. Second planking, masting, decks & deck details are made in walnut. Moldings, plank sheets & timbering in box wood, cast metal figurehead, brass & copper lanterns, guns, hinges & strops. Wooden dead-eyes, blocks, stanchions & bitts, flags printed on silk, 160 yds. black & gray rope for standing & running rigging. Building plans in full details with instructions in four languages.
