Queen is a model of a sport boat from the 1960s. At that time, the sport boats were still made of fine mahogany wood – just like our Queen. The tried and tested hull shape of the two models Classic-Sportboat and Diva was adopted in the construction and further enlarged, as well as supplemented with a new superstructure so that this model is well protected against splash water when used for radio control, the side parts of the superstructure are firmly glued to the hull.

To get to the interior of the Queen Sports Boat, the roof of the cabin and the cockpit are removable as a whole shell from the rear part of the hull. This model is a wooden construction kit in hard chine, which is a prerequisite for easy and quick assembly. All wooden parts are largely pre-worked and can be glued immediately after a short adjustment. The assembly is carried out in the same way as with the Classic Sportboat and Diva.

A pre-cut Depron plate serves as the slip, into which the frames are attached. After inserting the keel and the 2 longitudinal beams, the entire frame structure is already aligned. The ideal drives are electric motors from the Race / Speed ​​600-700 series. The model kit contains all the wooden parts, fittings and the ship’s shaft required for construction but does not contain the needed components to make it run.
