Shipping Policy
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. The item must be in original condition (see below) for a refund.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not accept items that are missing parts, partially built, altered, or damaged in any way. This includes the box it came in.
Any item that has a sticker on it stating that it is non returnable if the seal is broken is not returnable if that seal is broken. If you return the item to us and the seal is broken, you will not be refunded.
For international returns, all shipping fees, as well as import fees and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
After 30 days, Historic Ships will no longer accept a return of any products.
Before any return, we must be contacted to approve the return. Any returned items without prior approval will not be refunded.
Original Condition
- All Continental U.S. Shipping is FedEx. Shipping price is based on weight and size of package automatically per their rates. All shipping outside the U.S. will be FedEx as well. For shipping quotes please email customerservice.historicships@gmail.com making sure to tell us EXACTLY what you would like shipped. Quotes will cover only those items and are subject to change.
