The sloop Jamaica was built in the Bermuda dockyard in 1710. She was purchased to act as a cruiser for the West Indian trade companies.

A plank on frame construction, the kit contains:- Building plans with general details, English instructions, lost wax brass castings walnut or lime planking, wooden masts.
