Launched in 1670, H.M.S. Prince was a first rate British warship carrying 100 cannons. She was the British flagship during the battle of Texel in 1673 and became legend throughout the Royal Navy after engaging in a relentless defense against a fierce attack by the Dutch fleet. H.M.S. Prince is an accurately and highly detailed kit with abundant transom ornamentation.
